PaSS (Prefixer and SIM Selector) is designed to respect your privacy.

The core functionality of the app (processing your rules, contacts, and call information) happens entirely on your device.

• No Personal Data is Collected: We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data, contact lists, or call logs. Your rules and call history information are stored only on your phone and are never sent to any server.
• No Third-Party Sharing: Since we do not collect your data, we do not (and cannot) share it with any third parties.
• No Analytics: The app does not contain any third-party analytics or tracking code.

2. Required Permissions Explained

To work correctly, PaSS requires 3 types of permissions. The app only uses these permissions for the functions described below.

1. Standard Permissions (Contacts, Phone State, Call History)
   These are needed for the app to read your SIM status, access your contacts (to match against your rules), and read your call history (specifically for the 'last used SIM' feature). This data is only read by the app on your device and never transmitted.
2. Call Redirection App
   This is the core feature. This permission allows PaSS to intercept outgoing calls *before* they are placed. This allows the app to check your rules, apply any changes (like adding a prefix or removing characters), and select the correct SIM, all in a fraction of a second.
3. Display Over Other Apps
   This is required for two features: showing the SIM selection pop-up (if a rule is set to 'Ask every time') and displaying notifications to confirm which rule was applied.
